The Items that Cannot be Returned
Due to product limitations and hygienic reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

Cash on delivery is available only in Kuwait.
You have to pay 50% of the price when you make the order online.
Cancellation of order cannot be done once the order is shipped, otherwise the amount you paid will be forfeited.
Full Cash Payment is required before receiving your order.

All items purchased from Jazly are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
Jazly attempts to be as accurate as possible. However, Jazly does not warrant that product descriptions are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by Jazly itself is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.
Except where noted otherwise, the price displayed for products represents the full retail price listed on the product itself, suggested by the manufacturer or supplier, or estimated in accordance with standard industry practice; or the estimated retail value for a comparably featured item offered elsewhere.
With respect to items sold by Jazly, we cannot confirm the price of an item until you order. Despite our best efforts, a small number of the items in our catalog may be mispriced. If the correct price of an item sold by Jazly is higher than our stated price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation. Other merchants may follow different policies in the event of a mispriced item.
We generally do not charge your credit card until after your order has entered the shipping process or, for digital products, until we make the digital product available to you.
When you use the Jazly App, you may grant certain permissions to us for your device. Most mobile devices provide you with information about these permissions.

Any dispute or claim relating in any way to your use of Jazly, or to any products or services sold or distributed by Jazly or through Jazly will be resolved by binding arbitration, rather than in court.
To be eligible for a replacement, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in original condition/packaging & tags intact.
Item received damaged- must be reported within 48 hours after the delivered date
Wrong item received (wrong color/wrong size/wrong model and etc.) must be reported within 48 hours.
Incomplete item received- must be reported within the day of the delivery.
Product purchased with a gift coupon, bundle offer, special offer or purchased during the sale campaign etc, then we have the rights not to accept the product return. Replacement is possible only if customer is proving defect within 48 hours after the delivery.
Product damaged due to wrong usage (electrical source, water leakage, repaired with unauthorized workshop etc.) will not be accepted under the warranty terms & conditions.
Jazly team shoud recive the returned products in istanbul in a period that not exceed 7 days from reciving the order in order to be able to exchange it from the vendor , and if the period exceed the 7 days, we have the right to not recive the products and not to exchange it.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you in the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your Jazly Wallet Credit you will receive the credit within a certain amount of days and use them for the next purchase.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non- refundable. If you received a refund, the cost of the return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
